I can not say enough nice things about the Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii. For the price, the value is excellent. The hotel is a 5 star property, deluxe and elegant but low key. The service from the time you arrive at the portico, to the ground staff, everyone is so pleasant and customer service oriented. (more…)
As a Vacation, Cruise and Honeymoon Specialist, I am always more critical of hotels and resorts than your average traveler. I am always on the look out for properties that will fit the needs of my clients and to know which property to recommend to which client.
