My new husband and I have traveled all over the world, but Couples Negril was our first all-inclusive. Having included activities, calm clear water, top shelf drinks, adults only and quality a la carte (vs all buffet) were some of our key components when choosing a resort. Thinking that because of the great price, the hotel might not be as nice as advertised, I was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the hotel. Ocean Blue & Sand in Punta Cana is an excellent value for your money, I give it a 3 1/2 to 4 stars! When you arrive at the resort, the bell hop will take your luggage and give you a claim check.
