Starfish Trelawny Resort and Spa - Trelawny, Jamaica
I used to turn my nose up at Starfish Trelawny. Boy was I wrong - this resort is VERY cute! I wouldn’t suggest it for a honeymoon or a young vacationing couple. But for families - this is my new favorite place.
Now…..some of the rooms are configured unusually. The rooms that can accommodate two adults and a child have a double/queen bed; then around a little corner is a twin bed that leads to the balcony. I guess it’s to give the adults a little privacy. But it seems like the twin is just thrown in there. All of these rooms are in the four high rise buildings.The cottages have a better configuration. The first bedroom has the queen/king bed and then another room has bunk beds. The cottages are not overly spacious, but they’re right beside the pool.
The resort has a lot for kids of all ages to do. I’m actually going back with my husband and children when school is out. My ten year old daughter saw the pictures and is ready to go now! And it’s very affordable…..
