Mexico Travel Update

The following are the most recent policies from airlines and hotel regarding cancellation / revision policies for travel to Mexico. You will also find special concessions offered to travelers who wish to change their destination. Please check frequently for additional news and updates. HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES

(all rebookings are subject to availability)

Azul Resorts - Passengers arriving to Azul Hotels by May 6th, 2009 may rebook travel to their originally booked hotel and room category for travel anytime before December 15, 2009 with no change or cancellation fees. All rebookings must be made by May 12, 2009. Normal cancellation penalties will apply for changes made after May 12th, 2009.

Barcelo Hotels & Resorts: Barceló Hotels & Resorts of Mexico will waive all cancellation penalties and no-show fees for customers with late cancellation and travelling between April 27 and May 15, 2009. Guests also have the option to reschedule their vacation for a future date or rebook without penalty to another Barceló hotel in another destination in Central America or Dominican Republic.

We would like to inform you that due to the low occupancy we will be up-grading passengers from Barceló Maya Beach & Caribe to Barceló Maya Colonial & Tropical from April 30 until June 30. Restaurants and bars in Maya Beach & Caribe will be closed.

Dreams Resorts & Spas:

Reservations for travel through May 16, 2009 can be changed to a Dreams Resorts & Spa in the Dominican Republic in the same room category or higher for the originally scheduled dates, based on availability.

Reservations for travel through May 16, 2009 can be postponed at the same property for future travel dates through December 15, 2009 in the same
room category or above, based on availability.

For guests still wishing to cancel their reservation, our standard cancellation policy continues to apply.

El Dorado Resorts - Passengers arriving to El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels by May 6th, 2009 may rebook travel to their originally booked hotel and room category for travel anytime before December 15, 2009 with no change or cancellation fees. All rebookings must be made by May 12, 2009. Normal cancellation penalties will apply for changes made after May 12th, 2009.

Excellence Resorts: In response to the current influenza outbreak, Excellence Resorts have developed the following policies:

1) We will not charge cancellation penalties if guests wish to cancel or rebook their reservations in our Mexico properties (includes cancellation charges, no-show charges, early departure charges) up to and including May 6th, 2009.
2) We will protect the rate and promotion booked for return travel until December 20th, 2009.

Restrictions:

1) Return travel must be booked within 30 days of the original departure date.
2) Rate only guaranteed for # of original nights booked. (Any additional nights will be booked at the prevailing rate).
3) Rate guarantee applies to the original number of guests traveling. (Any additional guests will be booked at the prevailing rate). No name changes will be accepted.

Fiesta Americana Hotels - They have updated their policies as follows:

1 - Allow change of arrival dates without penalties when rebooking to later date (travel through 12/15).
2 - Protect the original rate and category booked.
3 - Guests may choose any of our Hotels & Resorts located in Mexico for rebook (if upgrading hotel, fare difference will apply)
4 - Change request must be received before the original scheduled travel date.
(Conditions and penalties will apply for no-shows, and also for cancellations received after booked arrival date).

Hilton Cancun -
Please be aware that we will not apply any cancellation fee until new advice, however the guests that want to cancel should rebook their travel within the next twelve (12) months, otherwise the cancellation fee will apply according to our contract.

Iberostar Hotels of Mexico - Guests will be allowed to cancel without penalty provided they rebook their reservation to any Iberostar Hotel in Mexico, Jamaica or the Dominican Republic. Travel must be completed prior to December 22, 2009 (excluding November 25-28, 2009) and rebooked within 14 days from the original travel date. Hotel guests who choose to depart the destination early will be eligible to receive a refund for the unused nights. The following options are available for guests booked prior April 30 and for travel through May 15, 2009:

1. Guests have a one-time option to rebook their existing Mexico reservation at any Iberostar Hotel in Jamaica or the Dominican Republic at the same room and hotel categories. All travel must be completed prior to October 31, 2009 and rebooked within 14 days from the original travel date without penalties or fees and subject to availability.
2. Guests also have a one-time option to postpone and rebook their Mexico vacation at the same property for future dates through October 31, 2009 at the same hotel and room categories without penalties or fees and based on availability.
3. Current guests who choose to depart the destination before their original check-out date will be refunded for the unused nights.
4. Guests who wish to cancel their Mexico reservation may do so by May 15, 2009 without penalties or fees.

Karisma Resorts - Passengers arriving to El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Azul Hotels, by May 6th, 2009 may rebook travel to their originally booked hotel and room category for travel anytime before December 15, 2009 with no change or cancellation fees. All rebookings must be made by May 12, 2009. Normal cancellation penalties will apply for changes made after May 12th, 2009.

Las Brisas Hotels - the following cancellation policy will apply for all our mutual guests who want to cancel or postpone their trip, now thru May 15th, 2009:

1. We are waiving any cancellation or no show penalties for all arrivals between now and May 15th, 2009.
2. If a guest chooses to relocate to another Brisas’ property in another location, the hotel will honor the rate of the originally booked hotel depending on the dates and the availability of the property you choose to travel to.
3. If a guest wishes to postpone their vacation and travel at a later date, to the original resort booked, the hotel will protect the original rate for travel up to one year after the original date of departure. Black-out periods apply. This would apply to guests already booked for future travel and any guests that are in-house who want to leave early.

Le Blanc Spa Resort - Due to the recent outbreak of swine flu in Mexico and the U.S. Le Blanc Spa Resort is providing the following options for customers traveling to Mexico now through May 15th, 2009:
• Clients that booked Le Blanc Spa Resort and reschedule will receive a 2 night complimentary certificate for future use at that same resort. (Certificate valid for one year from time of travel) Reservations must be noted as “Rebook due to Swine Flu”. Certificates will be provided at the resort upon the client’s arrival.
• All cancelation, no-show or early departure penalties will be waived now through May 15th, 2009.
• Group deposits for cancelled groups will be applied to individual reservations. Refunds will not be provided for group bookings.

As always, our guests’ safety and the highest level of service are top priorities at our Le Blanc Spa Resort. Cleanliness is the most important step in preventing illnesses, therefore, strict health and safety policies for food preparation and supervised employees’ personal hygiene have always been followed. These policies not only meet but exceed all government health and safety requirements.

Marriott Resorts - The Marriott Resorts of Cancun & Puerto Vallarta are waiving the individual reservation cancellation fees through May 15, 2009.

NH Krystal:

For travel until May 31st. there will be no penalty for cancelled reservations. The hotels will honor the originally booked rates for any client that changes their vacation to another date for travel until December 23rd. 2009.

Oasis Resorts - Oasis Resorts are waiving cancellation penalties through May 6th. Oasis Hotels of Mexico will not charge any penalties for last minute cancellations / no shows as a result of the H1N1 virus crisis. Oasis Resorts hopes you will consider rebooking your stay in the future.

Occidental Resorts - The following policy applies for travel up until May 20th:

1. Passengers who wish to travel on a later date can do so. The trip must be completed on or before December 21, 2009. Any pricing variance will be adjusted accordingly. Change fees, if any, will be waived.
2. Passengers who wish to travel to a different destination can do so by selecting another hotel within the brands offered by Occidental Hotels & Resorts: Allegro, Grand and Royal Hideaway. The trip must be completed on or before December 21, 2009. Any pricing variance will be adjusted accordingly. Change fees, if any, will be waived.
3. Normal cancellation policies will apply to any no show, late arrivals or early departures. However, for arrivals now through May 6th, 2009 we will waive cancellation penalties if you wish to cancel your trip to Mexico.

One & Only Palmilla - For those guests who are booked in the month of May and within our cancellation policy, we are offering to rebook the reservation for a future stay until May 2010.

Palace Resorts

Due to the recent outbreak of swine flu in Mexico and the U.S., Palace Resorts is providing the following options for customers traveling to Mexico now through May 15th, 2009:

• Clients may rebook their reservation to Moon Palace Casino, Golf & Spa Resort in the Dominican Republic which offers an introductory rate of 20% off through December 23, 2009.
• Clients that choose to continue with their travel plans as scheduled to our resorts in Mexico will receive a $500 Golf & Spa credit ($250 towards golf & $250 towards spa) to use during their stay. (Green fees at regular price and select spa treatments at regular price)
• Clients may rebook their reservation to travel through December 23, 2009 without penalties or fees to any Palace Resorts in Mexico or Le Blanc Spa Resort. (Applicable rates apply and vary per resort).
• Clients that rebook will receive a 2 night complimentary certificate to use for future travel to any Palace Resorts in Mexico or Dominican Republic. Clients that booked Le Blanc Spa Resort and reschedule will receive a 2 night complimentary certificate for future use at that same resort. (Certificate valid for one year from time of travel) Reservations must be noted as “Rebook due to Swine Flu”. Certificates will be provided at the resort upon the client’s arrival.
• All cancelation, no-show or early departure penalties will be waived now through May 15th, 2009.
• Group deposits for cancelled groups will be applied to individual reservations. Refunds will not be provided for group bookings.

We would also like to inform you that all Palace Resorts in Mexico and Dominican Republic and Le Blanc Spa Resort will remain open and continue to conduct business without interruption.

As always, our guests’ safety and the highest level of service are top priorities at all Palace Resorts. Cleanliness is the most important step in preventing illnesses, therefore, strict health and safety policies for food preparation and supervised employees’ personal hygiene have always been followed. These policies not only meet but exceed all government health and safety requirements.

Presidente Intercontinental Hotels - no penalties or fees for any reservation changes. This will apply for all travel through May 31st, 2009.

Pueblo Bonito Hotels & Resorts - The following options are available for guests that booked for travel from now through May 15th, 2009:

1) Guests may postpone and rebook for future travel dates through December 23, 2009, based on availability, without penalties or fees.
2) For guests that cannot travel to Mexico due to flight cancellations, we will waive cancellation and penalty fees.
3) For guests still wishing to cancel their reservation or guests with reservations after May 16th, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

Reef Playacar - will allow the rescheduling of all stays without change fees and if guests do not want to reschedule, we can cancel without cancellation fee.

RIU Hotels - will not charge any penalty for cancellation at the Riu Hotels in Mexico, between April 25 and May 6, 2009 - and for travel until June 26th 2009The following hotels will be closed from 4rd of May until 21st of May (both dates included):

Riu Jalisco
Riu Vallarta

Guests already in house and guests due to arrive in this period at the Riu Jalisco and Riu Vallarta will be upgraded to the Riu Palace Pacifico.

Secrets Resorts & Spas

Reservations for travel through May 16, 2009 can be changed to a Dreams Resorts & Spa in the Dominican Republic in the same room category or higher for the originally scheduled dates, based on availability.

Reservations for travel through May 16, 2009 can be postponed at the same property for future travel dates through December 15, 2009 in the same room category or above, based on availability.

For guests still wishing to cancel their reservation, our standard cancellation policy continues to apply.

Solaris Hotels of Mexico - for cancellations or no shows, Solaris Hotels of Mexico will allow date changes at no penalties, and your rate will be honored for a later date, for travel Apr. 27th - Dec. 19th. In July and August, as well as week of Thanksgiving, there is a surcharge of $27pp per night.

Sol Melia Hotels - From now until May 17th 2009:

1. Existing bookings in any of the Sol Meliá’s Mexico hotels have the option of other Sol Melia destinations, where No other charges or rate difference will apply.
o Melia Puerto Vallarta, Melia Cabo Real, Melia Azul Ixtapa, and Melia Cozumel can be rebooked to Melia Caribe Tropical in Punta Cana
o Paradisus Riviera Cancun and Gran Melia Cancun can rebook to Paradisus Playa Conchal in Costa Rica or Paradisus Punta Cana.
(*) Guests can upgrade to Paradisus Palma Real for $175 USD (pp/pn) with upgrade to The Reserve at Palma Real (based on availability)
(Existing bookings ONLY from May 1st until 17tth 2009)
o ME Cabo, ME Cancún, Meliá México Reforma, and Gran Melia Cancún (EP) can be rebooked to Gran Melia Puerto Rico.

2. Change dates for the same hotel with at no additional charge: You can rebook your reservation until May 17th (for bookings within this date frame) to any other time until December 15th 2009 (same hotel same duration of nights) no fees charged.
3. If guests still want to cancel, no penalties for cancellation will be charge for existing booking until May 17th (traveling dates must be before May 17th)

Temptation Resorts (Temptation Resort & Spa Cancun, Temptation Resort & Spa Los Cabos, Desire Resort & Spa Riviera Maya)

The following cancellation policy will apply for all clients who need to cancel or postpone their trip, applicable for arrivals from now thru May 31st, 2009:

Cancellation and no show penalties for all arrivals between now through May 31ST, 2009 will be waived. In case client want to change the booking for later travel dates, the resort will honor same rate for stays from June 01, 2009 to December 20, 2009 and from May 01, 2010 to December 20, 2010. Room space will be subject to availability.

Valentin Imperial Maya -
• We will waive room charges for unused nights and early check out’s.
• We will waive cancellation/no show penalties for reservations scheduled for check-in throughout May 2009 until further notice.

Villa Group - The Villa Group Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit are confirming the next cancellation policy and No Shows penalties for the travel period from April 27 to May 15, 2009 as follows:
• We are waiving cancellations fees in the period commented before
• In case of early check out, the unused nights will be refunded
• We are waiving No Show Penalties

Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts:

Reservations for travel through May 16, 2009 can be changed to a Dreams Resorts & Spa in the Dominican Republic in the same room category or higher for the originally scheduled dates, based on availability.

Reservations for travel through May 16, 2009 can be postponed at the same property for future travel dates through December 15, 2009 in the same room category or above, based on availability.

For guests still wishing to cancel their reservation, our standard cancellation policy continues to apply.

REBOOKING OFFERS FOR PROPERTIES OUTSIDE MEXICO

And for our guests that are looking to rebook their vacation outside of Mexico, Sandals & Beaches Resorts are offering a $150pp air credit if client book at one of their properties in St. Lucia or Antigua, and $100pp air credit for Jamaica, Bahamas & Turks and Caicos .

Bolongo Bay Beach Resort in St Thomas is also willing to offer reduced rates for guests rebooking
their Mexico vacation for travel May 1st - Aug. 31st.
