Fairmont Kea Lani / Four Seasons Maui
I’m back from gorgeous Maui and I am anxious to share my experiences with you!
There are fabulous hotels to choose from on Maui; I stayed at the Fairmont Kea Lani and the Four Seasons. The Fairmont Kea Lani has a huge welcoming lobby with a winding staircase leading to various shops, and to the adult-only and kids’ pools (which offered a waterslide). The Four Seasons has a spectacular spa and restaurants overlooking the ocean.
Maui is a destination for everyone. Many families travel to Maui to bond and take in the beautiful sights, culture, and tours; kids love to play in the sand. The Maui Ocean Center is a must see for children; visit www.mauioceancenter.com for more information. Many honeymooners enjoy the romantic sunsets and spectacular hotels Maui has to offer. I saw at least 8 weddings taking place on the beautiful beaches. If you are a golfer you can enjoy the most phenomenal courses with unbelievable views of the ocean; Kapalua Bay is just one that comes to mind. The Kapalua Villa Restaurant offers a great view of the course and ocean and an excellent Chicken Caesar Salad with a “Lava Flow” drink to go with it!
My favorite adventure part of Maui was a snorkel tour in which I swam with sea turtles the size of my 4 year old! If you travel from January through May you have a 90 percent chance of seeing a whale; when I saw the first whale I absolutely almost cried! Breathtaking! Everyone in Maui is so welcoming and the warmth of the Maui sun makes your vacations a true reality.
As you can see Maui had a lasting impression on me and I am anxious to sell Maui as your next vacation!
