Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island

I think one of my favorite hotels/resorts is the Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island in the Bahamas. Being English myself (Churchill), this resort puts me in an “awe” moment.

It is a smaller and somewhat older resort, but the ambiance of the restaurants, the rooms and the grounds are wonderful. This was a private home and the Royals from England did quite a lot of entertaining here so I was fascinated with all the memorabilia that you can find around the property. The food, as with all Sandals Resorts is excellent and the English Pub is fun and a great place to hang out. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so sincere.

Their private offshore island is a romantic place to spend the afternoon with lunch, spa treatment, a swim and then relaxing in a hammock. I could spend quite a bit of time at this resort!!
