Upon arrival at the Sandals Dunn’s River Villaggio, we were greeted by our own private butler (Israel) who catered to us 24/7 for our entire 8-day stay in Jamaica, which included a personal cell phone for “on-demand” service. Some of the services that the butler provides are unpacking of luggage; beach chairs, towels and cooler reserved on the beach daily; dinner reservations every evening with no wait, flowers and candles were always on the dinner table. Following each day’s adventure, we returned to our 1-bedroom Presidential Suite and the butler had our bath drawn, and the room adorned with flower petals, candles, and champagne. Special requests like fruit and a cheese platter were delivered daily to my room at 4pm, breakfast served on the balcony, and any request like spa appointments, daily tours, etc were gladly accommodated by the private butler.

The 1-Bedroom Presidential Suite was elegantly decorated, with ocean front balcony off of the living room, ocean/pool view off the bedroom balcony, fully stocked bar and marble bathroom suite with Jacuzzi.

There are several on-site restaurants and the dining experience was always special. Because it was our honeymoon, the chefs would decorate our soups with cream hearts, and flower petals on the tables. The service was excellent as well as the chef’s creations.

We were assigned a wedding coordinator who managed every detail from flower arrangements, location, cake-tasting, champagne-tasting, music selections, video, photography, reception events and more. There was absolutely not one detail we needed to worry about. Our wedding coordinator at Sandals (Stacy) was fantastic and she made our wedding an event to cherish. We left with a professional music video of our wedding day that we shared with friends and family upon our return.
