Nestled in the heart of Park City are these fabulous and economical condo units. Park Avenue Town home’s sits on the main road as you come in to town with a grocery store directly across the street and Park City’s complimentary shuttle service to get you to historic Main Street as well as the 3 local ski areas. Three Kings Town homes sit against the mountain and walking distance to the Slopes of Park City Ski Area. Units in both properties are fully equipped condos with 2 or 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people! Quality would be considered “moderate”, but both properties are very well maintained and have excellent on-site resort management. Each condo unit is individually owned, so the interiors may vary.
