GOGO Vacations

Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa

The beach at the Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa is really, really nice. It has a super kids club, very similar to that of the Dream Puerto Vallarta and the Dreams Cancun. Plus it has the same format with no reservation required at any of their restaurants. The hotel is divided into the Dreams section, which is newer, and the Hacienda section, which is a little older and more colonial looking. The rooms in both sections were equally nice and large, with sitting areas that are great for families, as is the resort. There is a couch that is like a daybed in the sitting area. The décor is really nice and even the older section rooms were decorated well and new, just in a more colonial style. We at lunch at the Mexican restaurant and the food was fine, what I expected. The only bad part of the hotel is that it’s around 2 hours away from the airport and 45 minutes away from Playa del Carmen.
