From the moment we walked onto the property, we knew the service levels at the Azul Sensatori Hotel in Riviera Maya was going to be outstanding. The warm welcome, followed by champagne was well received by my small group. The Azul Sensatori Hotel is very easy to find your way around and the grounds are lovely. There are several pool areas and we never had a problem getting chairs, both in the sun and in the shade.

The outdoor grill on the beach was great, with hamburgers, hot dogs, ribs, chicken and the coconut bars are to die for! We loved the Caribbean restaurant which had a great variety of fish and seafood. The Italian restaurant was excellent, we ate here several times and were never disappointed. The Mexican restaurant was very accommodating with special requests and we appreciated that. The Spoons restaurant offered a great variety and was always good. Some of our group tried the French restaurant and they still continue to rave about it!

The sky massage on the beach is heavenly! We also enjoyed the spa whirlpools, sauna and steam room too. Our visit has been absolutely wonderful and the guests/friends I brought with me couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to come here again!
